mine is!

I am nearing my goal on the scale but I have far to go before I reach my ultimate fitness goals. I am content with my physicality at the moment but having visible muscles would make me the happiest.

This is a graph of my weight losses & gains from the start of my journey until now. I am currently 132.7 lbs after on Day 5 of the 30 Day Squat & 30 Day Crunch Challenges. Some interesting information regarding this graph:
I stopped working out at my old gym around mid August because I couldn’t afford it anymore.
In the winter I was unable to work out because of health issues - I did however keep eating healthy so I only gained about two lbs from October to January.
Since I started my journey, twelve of my twenty-eight weigh ins have been in the 134 lb range.
Since January of this year, four of my seven weigh ins have been in the 132 lb range.
Based on this data I have been hovering between 132 to 134 for the past year which is about 8 lbs more than the high end of my ultimate goal weight. I don’t have very far to go but these last 10 lbs have always given me trouble.Luckily, I am now working out with my room mate so I have someone to motivate me while I motivate them. I am hoping this is they key to finally losing that last bit of weight & getting into the best shape of my life!
